Current open positions
You are responsible for providing therapeutic and aesthetic services to guests with the highest standards of quality and professionalism that characterize one of the teams most recognized for its holistic approach to health. Degree accredited to prestigious schools or health-related degree and therapies. Customer oriented and knowledge of high-level protocols. Minimum experience 2 years and demonstrable references. Spanish and English are required.
You are responsible for providing hair and beauty services to guests and clients effectively and on time. You will advise guests, as appropriate, on their image and products boutique. You will maintain your image with high standards. High level of English and Spanish languages is required. 2 years of previous experience in a similar position with international clients.
2nd MAITRE D ‘
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant SHAMADI and the area of events and banquets and SHA Club. You will promote the creation and maintenance of an appropriate climate and experience for guests. You will support the Maitre D ‘in training, evaluation and implementation of programs. 2 years of previous experience in a similar job. High level in Spanish and English is required.
You will be supervising a team of therapists during their service, ensuring that protocols are used to ensure guest satisfaction and supporting the results of area achieving the quality standards established. It is essential to have a therapist diploma (shiatsu treatments, another specialty) of an internationally recognized school. High level of English and Spanish, Russian, German and French valuable.
SPA ATTENDANT (Wellness Area)
You will be responsible of maintaining a suitable environment in the area of clinical and ancillary requests from guests in the receiving equipment conditions. You will help in the telephone attention of the reception area for assisting in guest requests. You will ensure the right office conditions and the proper maintenance of the service. You will meet the VIP guests and you will facilitate their stay in every moment. You will know all programs offered by the Health and Wellness area at all times. High level of Spanish and English.
You will work in a team and you will be responsible for supporting the Ruler, coordinating the staff to ensure the cleanliness and the image of rooms and public areas of the hotel in order to provide quality customer service and contribute to the operational and financial objectives. You will replace the ruler in her absence. You will verify if the department staff will promptly make the breakdown reports for the maintenance area, you will give them monitoring until their resolution and, if it will be necessary, you will consult with the Ruler to block rooms until they will be again in a proper operating condition. You will monitor the activities of lingerie: received clothing and household materials (linen, uniforms, and table linen), rotation control and bedding stocks. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.

PR & COMMUNICATION MANAGER (MADRID)
You will lead the communications and public relations at an international level of a leading brand in its sector. You will create and coordinate the strategy and the communication activities and public relations of SHA internationally, under the supervision of the Vice President of Marketing & Sales. You wil constantly look after the image of the brand through the different messages and communications media. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position of High Range, Communication Agency or Publishing Group. Bachelor of Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or similaris required. High level of verbal and written communication, organizational skills and leadership. High level of English and Spanish.
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
You will be responsible for the proper development and functioning model of customer relationships, leading the reservations and planning agendas team (Guest Experience Planners) and you will monitore the quality of care ratings. You will be responsible for the pre-and the post-stay guest contacts through your team, maximizing revenue opportunities. You will be focused on the growth of the customers fee through satisfaction and customer loyalty to the brand. You are graduate in Business Administration, Business or Economics with Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or PR address. You will have an experience of 5 years in a similar position. Fluent Spanish and English. Are prerequisites have business management skills as Project Manager, CRM systems knowledge; High organizational skills, leadership and work under pressure, and troubleshooting.
WELLNESS MANAGER (NEW PROJECT – MADRID BASED)
You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Spa and you will assume the functions of opening the center, implementation of the commercial activities, coordinating a team of up to 15 people you will select, you will form and motivate continuously. You will be responsible for the budget of the unit reporting to the Director of Wellness weekly, located in Alicante. You will carry out the monitoring of the established business indicators and you will suggest corrective actions if it will be necessary. You will have managerial and communication skills, strong commercial skills and results orientation, knowledge of the latest trends in body, facial and beauty treatments in general and cosmetic products for their application. It is imperative bilingual English and Spanish as well as having time availability and be willing to domestic travels.
You will attend the reservation and information requests about SHA Wellness Clinic, via phone, email and other means of selling used, making contributions that create efficiency in the management of reserves. You will respond efficiently to any request for information/quotation no later than 6 pm of the same day. You will consult with the appropriate professionals any question or specific request from a client or potential client, which comes out of your area of expertise or management, in order to give a more detailed response or arrange a booking, returning to guest in this case within maximum of 24 hours when they had communicated this term customer previously. You will communicate in an appropriate manner to the other departments involved all the relevant information for each reservation. It is indispensable training in Reservations, Tourism, Hospitality and Protocol, Philology and experience in PR or establishments of similar category. English, Spanish and Russian/Arabic high level.
You will supervise and you will control the supply, conservation and storage of goods process, in addition to carry out the chef’s own functions under the direction of the Chef or Sous Chef. You will manage the resources of his service: products inventory, planning the stock kitchen and pantry needs, food control and maintenance in the cooling section, etc. You will work in the preparation, cooking and presentation of the products of culinary use and food, exercising the chef tasks if it will be necessary. The intern will perform the following functions: Answer inquiries from reporters who contact us, clarifying doubts and sending commercial information: Press kit, SHA Programs, generic video links and website, etc. Writing content for website, hotel guides, media and other publications. Tracking the publication and distribution. Updated and recording Press clippings. Support the creation of marketing materials. Update the database.
The vision of the position involves: Supporting Quality department and collaborate in planning medium and long term Quality Management, advising senior management to define, support and maintain the quality policies and management principles. The areas of responsibility are: Support in the implementations of strategies of excellence and quality, follow up of satisfaction data management, collaborate of improvement processes, implementation of internal policies and training actions. Fluent English and Spanish are required. Arabic and Russian languages will be appreciated. Opera knowledge is a plus.
You will work with our Chef and Heads Starting in developing diets which are deriving to the kitchen after a nutrition and health diagnosis of our clients. CLINICAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT
You will support in the daily basic functions of the Clinical Director, performing administrative tasks and internal communication. You will support the specific processes related to the medical area and the natural therapies among others. You will speak English and Spanish fluently and you will use fluently the computer.
WELLNESS DIRECTOR ASSISTANT
By using the English and Spanish language continuously, you will perform translations of wellness corporate material, internal communication and monitoring of management achieved by the Wellness Director in coordinating the operation of therapists and reception area. SHA ACADEMY ASSISTANT
You will support and collaborate with the director of SHA Academy in planning medium and long term management training, advising senior management to define, disseminating and maintaining the training policy and the management principles thereof. Your areas of responsibility will include: support in the implementation of communication strategies, development of training and educational materials, the design of communication campaigns, implementing internal policies and supporting training activities for the talents, both guests and external clients in Spanish and English as well as the administration of the area. High level of English and Spanish.
