Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that has evolved into a mind-body form of exercise whereby life force energy (the Chi) flows around the body through specific channels or meridians by means of movements based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

  • The tai chi technique is based on the harmonious combination of its three fundamentals: Body movement, concentration and conscious breathing, moving while meditating to connect the body, mind and spirit.

    The results are amazing: The continual practice of tai chi regenerates the central nervous system and loosens up joints which in turn, favours longevity and a balanced state of health in a completely natural way.

    At Sha Wellness Clinic you have the opportunity to learn Tai Chi in a group, because it is included in the activities on offer at the Sha Life Learning Centre, or you can have individual, personalised training sessions; beginner to advanced levels are available.
